Full Payment Bookings: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the check-in date, a 20% cancellation fee applies. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Partial Payment Bookings: Advance or partial payments are non-refundable upon cancellation.

2. Booking Modifications

You may modify your booking up to 48 hours before check-in (or 72 hours for select accommodations), subject to availability and potential price differences.

3. No Same-Day Cancellations

No cancellations are allowed on the day of check-in. Please contact our customer care if you require assistance.
